Interested in talent development, and learning in general, but trained various ages and levels.

Lots of experience, always have only a few students so I'm motivated to do a good job, good language, highly individualised and holistic approach.

Believe very much in a skill-based approach. We create a competence scheme, and select areas to work on for a period of time, after which we update the scheme and set new goals. Motivation is key, but the lessons should help in that regard.
A growth mindset needs to be developed, as chess is life-long learning.
We look at your games, work with different themes, you can sometimes get homework exercises if you wish.
My experience is that online teaching works better with camera on.
