Hi everyone !
I am WGM Andreea Navrotescu, born in Romania but currently based half of the time in France and the other half in London. I am 27 yo and have been playing chess since I was 5. I have also been a substitute teacher for Education Nationale in Spanish and English languages so I have genuine experience teaching children.
I have also been a streamer during the pandemic, which I put a little bit aside in order to play actual tournaments because I like to dedicate myself fully to everything I do.
I am always willing to give 200% of myself for you to achieve success, provided that you want it of course.
Please feel free to ask any question :)
Best regards and I wish you a successful chess journey !

Teaching experience
I have had many students of all ages and all levels but I would say my best achievement as a teacher would be a youngster that I trained for 3 years. She achieved twice (!!) the National Title in her age category, which is obviously outstanding.
Other experiences
With streaming, I have been comentating online a lot of Opens mainly, among them very famous ones likes Sitges, Cappelle-la-Grande.
Best skills
I think I am able to adapt to my student and I am understanding by nature. I will never push you too hard or overwork you, but I will apply the same ambition I have for myself to you.
Teaching methodology
Game analysis is absolutely fundamental. I will look at your games one by one and from then I will be able to identify your weaknesses and slowly try to correct them. I also believe working on calculation is the biggest area of improvement for almost every player so I will be able to give you exercises for you to improve it.
