Antichess League Split

Hey all, some information about my work in progress Antichess League, it's lengthy but this is the initial idea, all of it is subject to change

12 Teams (Any number of teams can be created)
Maximum of 6 players that can be picked for each season's draft
maximum of 8 Players capable of joining each team (Excluding the Leader)
the leader of each team is allowed to play for each season
if you're in a team you can play in Antichess League Team Scrimmages (Which is primarily used for practice against other teams)
1900+ Minimum Rating Required to join an Antichess League affiliated team
to be a team leader you must have a peak rating of 2201+ as of 2022

Some extra information/notes:
team Leaders are allowed to call their team anything they want to

The Format is unknown as of right now but please if you fairly busy and have a hard to work around schedule please refrain from joining as a lot of games will be played in each season

As of right now anyone over the rating of 1900+ can join this team + anyone looking to either host a team, or join a team, once 12 teams have been formed players with the minimum number of players all players not in a team will be immediately kicked until they join a team

All 6 players chosen for each Seasonal Split will be rated based on the total number of their peak rating + their average rating in the last month (before the tournament) added together then divided by 12, for example take the assumed peak rating of each player (2200) and the average rating (2200), add them together which is 4400, 4400x6 = 26400, 26400 divided by 12 = 2200 making 2200 the team's rating

Teams will have to participate in a number of tournaments to qualify for the league, if let's say there are 18 teams in total, only 12 is capable of actually joining the League. Teams must have a minimum of 6 players to be qualified but all 6 players DO NOT have to attend the qualifiers, if you qualify with 2-3 players that is enough
