I’m 44 years old, live in Venezuela but am originally from Cuba. I have been playing since I was 22 yrs old and have competed in and won several Great International Masters and Masters Tournaments, as well as International Tournaments with strong competitors. My most recent competition of which being the Vigen Del Valle International Tournament in Margarita Island.

I began in this beautiful sport at the age of 22, an age at which no one believed it possible for me to achieve an international title.
I have competed in many International Tournaments and have drawn against Julio Granda, Eduardo Iturrizaga, Atanas Kolev, and Nikola Mitkov. I have won against Grand Master Renier Gonzalez of the USA as well as Alexis Cabrera, Luis Manuel Perez of Spain and Cuba.
I have demonstrated that talent and hard work open a world of possibilities and I invite you to do the same. Surrender yourself to your passion and improve your game!

I have 20 years of experience as a player and coach. I have had students who have become FIDE Masters and International Masters. As a coach I have contributed in the formation of players who have been on the Olympic team in Trinidad and Tobago, in Venezuela and Guyana.
