Lego Batman movie's intro is the best.
#1 I love Cyborg, awesome movie, and one of Van Damme's best.
A few intros I really love:
Adventure/Fantasy:
Conan the Barbarian (1982)
—Deep vocals from narrator and actor Mako, Followed by the awesome musical score from composer Basil Poledouris.
This lets the audience know, they are up for a high adventure.
Western/cowboy:
—Once upon a time in the west (1968)
Three gunslingers are standing waiting anxiously, as a train is unloading, they are waiting for someone, sweating under the heat of the sun. However no one gets off, and they decided to leave.
Yet as the train moves away, they hear a harmonica play.
Turning around, across the railroad tracks, they see the stranger.
"Where is Frank?" the stranger says.
A gunslingers replies. "Frank send us"
"Did you bring a horse for me?"
One of the gunslingers smerks "Looks like we are shy one horse"
The stranger replies "no, you brought two too many"
Comedy/parody:
Monty python's Knights of the Holy Grail (1975)
...yeah... I can't explain why I love it so.
It's just brilliant and unique.
(Warning, reading the intro text is required to enjoy, stop and pause as moose as you like)

Dune intro is great (the monologue part), though it all goes spectacularly downhill hill after:

A quiet intro that sets the stage for a monument of a movie. Even the cat acts well:

I always liked the 7 Psychopaths intro.
One of the best, perfectly setting the mood and atmosphere for the movie: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOIuJYYIUPM
