I am Heikki Lehtinen, Chess International Master and a qualified teacher of mathematics. I am from Finland but currently living in Macau.

Teaching experience
Teacher of mathematics - 7 years of teaching experience in schools in Finland and in Macau.
Chess teacher - I have been teaching chess as a co-curriculum activity in schools in Singapore, in Finland and in Macau.
Chess coach - I have been coaching many top junior players in Finland. (Finnish Chess Federation main junior coach in 2003-2004)

Other experiences
Founder of Shakkilinna, Finland. Shakkilinna is organizing chess clubs for children in Finland. I have planned the curriculum and teaching materials for Shakkilinna (together with the co-founder IM Mika Karttunen).
Best skills
Engaging, interactive and individually planned chess lessons for children including the beginners. Possibility to integrate math and English learning to the chess lessons.
Teaching methodology
I will create an individual learning program for all my students. The program will consist of interactive online lessons together with guided homework.
