Playing experience

The beginning of my great achievements began when I became Central American co-champion in 2009, as well as Pan American under-14 co-champion, the following year I obtained first place, thus becoming Pan American under-16 champion, in addition to this, national champion in youth categories on several occasions, so I participated in youth world championships, drawing with the champion of my category at that time, GM Jorge Cori, later I won the Central American under-18, thus achieving my title as International Master (IM) in 2014, so in 2017 I participated in the continental of the Americas achieving excellent results with victories and draws against several grandmasters, also in previous years I have been sub-champion of Venezuela, national champion of my country and Olympic selection 2018.

Teaching experience

For about 8 years I have been giving classes in my city to players from my state's national team, in the same way I had the opportunity to teach at the university where I studied (UNY) obtaining good results such as second place in the national university games (JUVINES) apart from that I have been working with North American students for 5 years having good results in the North American Youth Chess Championships with undefeated students in their category and for about 5 years I have been working with my students virtually.

Best skills

Opening and tournament game preparation, as well as everything about strategy.

Teaching methodology

First of all, I analyze my students' games so I can evaluate their performance level in order to work on their weaknesses and recognize their strengths.
For this reason, one of the main methods I usually use, which has helped me raise my level, is the KOTOV method. I also focus on each part of the game, which is why each class with each student is different according to their needs and tastes so that said training is pleasant and entertaining.
