About me
Hello chess friends! I'm Paulius Juknis, candidate master from Lithuania. My goal is to reach FM title, while also helping my students to improve.
Playing experience
I've been actively playing otb chess since 2010.
I mainly participate in various blitz, rapid, classical OTB tournaments in my country, but 3-4 times per year go abroad to play in some strong tournaments like RTU open. I try playing 50 OTB classical games per year.

Teaching experience
My biggest achievement as coach so far was teaching one youngster for about 4 years and helping him grow from 1600 to 2100 fide elo. Trained many students online also for about 2 years now
Other experiences
I also teach on chess.com www.chess.com/member/benkoni_KID
Best skills
I have collected big amount of chess resources, books, courses over the years and can adapt my library to your playing strength, identify areas of improvement and work on them with you.
My main strength I believe is opening preparation, but with improvers I focus more on good foundations like tactics, calculation, basic endgame knowledge, strategy understanding according to students' level of course to be interesting and not too hard.
